Our go-to sticker material is a premium classic white vinyl — it makes your designs look sharp and clear. These stickers are weatherproof for 4 years and you can choose between a glossy or matte finish.

Each of the categories will have the minimum amount that can be ordered.

Yes, all our stickers are made to handle the outdoors, they're water, weather, and UV resistant, so they’re built to last. We use commercial grade materials, inks, and printers to make sure you get a high-quality, durable vinyl sticker every time.

All our stickers are made in-house, so we can usually turn them around pretty quickly — most orders are ready within 2 to 5 days after artwork approval. For bigger orders (over 3000 stickers), we might need a bit more time, so it’s a good idea to check in with us first before placing your order but we are pretty flexible.

There can be a tiny margin of error with cutting — usually around +/-1mm. While we can’t promise 100% perfect cuts every time, we keep our machines well-maintained and calibrated to make sure everything stays as accurate as possible.

We use a solvent-based permanent adhesive to make sure your sticker is water-resistant and sticks well. Our stickers have clean long term removability. That said, depending on the surface, environment, and how long it’s been stuck on, the adhesive may get a bit stronger over time and might leave some residue when removed — but don’t worry, it’s usually easy to clean off with an adhesive remover!

Our stickers stick to most clean smooth flat and moderately curved surfaces. The stickers have a solvent based permanent adhesive with long term removability. “Stickers” is just a general term — if you’re after something bigger than our standard small sizes, we’ve definitely got you covered! We can print large decals and even larger that are perfect for covering shop windows. Our max printing width is 1300mm in one piece, but if you need something even bigger, we can print it in sections with an overlap. That’s actually how most commercial window decals are made and installed.

For larger decals or installs like these, we recommend getting a professional installer involved.

There’s a bit of prep and a specific installation process to make sure everything goes on smoothly and looks great.

Your stickers should still turn out fine as long as you're not too particular about super crisp lines.

That said, for the best results, we recommend uploading a vector PDF or a 300 DPI file at the size you want it printed.

We print everything in CMYK+, which gives great colour results! If you are a business and have specific PMS colours, feel free to contact us before using our online artwork generator — we’ll always try and get as close as possible when printing PMS colours. Some Pantone colours can be tricky to match exactly due to colour gamut limitations, but since our machines go beyond the standard CMYK, we’re often able to get a closer match than many other printers. Just let us know — we’re happy to help!

Yes, we sure do! A proof needs to be approved before we can get started on your order. If you're using our online system, it’ll automatically generate a proof of your artwork - it’s super quick and helps speed things up.

If you have nominated a manual proof and we're setting up the artwork for you, don’t worry - you’ll still get a proof emailed to you for approval. Either way, nothing goes into production until you’ve signed off on the artwork

If you get any damaged or incorrect stickers just shoot us a message within 14 days. Don’t send anything back until we've given you the OK via email.

Just make sure any stickers you return are still in their original packaging and haven't been used. Also, please pack them up nice and secure so they don't get squished on the way!
